The integration sessions, which are scheduled after each course, are an important part of the learning experience at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. They are debriefings designed to help participants develop their thoughts about the relevance of what they have learned in each of the courses to communication management and their own roles, responsibilities, and concerns as corporate communication professionals.

The integration sessions are an important part of the learning experience at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Scheduled in the end of each course, they link the general management topics with communication.

Participants take an active role in the integration process by leading class discussion and by contributing their analyses of how the various subject areas, like managing corporate transititions or negotiation behavior, are linked to their own concerns as communication. managers. They also learn how to align the different aspects of culture, people, tasks and organizational structure with strategy.

Participants have the opportunity to further develop and flesh out their thoughts of what they have learned and explore how the various subject areas (such as negotiations or corporate transitions) are linked to their own roles, responsibilities, and concerns as corporate communication professionals.
