The presentation starts with some easy telling around Heinz' doctoral research journey. This might be interesting to those who think about postgraduate studies, career dvlpt and research. The second part throws a glance at the research environment, it thus describes characteristics of social banking vs. conventional banking and analysis Living the Brand behaviour with a new structural model (SEM).

That could appeal to those in Brand, Comms, HR, internal marketing and finance/banking. The last part delivers thoughts for the practical application and opens up free discussion with the audience. The presenter is flexible to situatively tune the presentation according to the needs of the attending colleagues. The presentation is mixed in German and English. Heinz Brodbeck, has been a director with Royal Dutch Shell where he e.g. created a brand licensing business format new to industry. Today he volunteers for the Waldorf School movement, does some management counselling and carrier coaching. At retirement age he earned a doctorate for research in marketing from Strathclyde (UK University of the year). He holds a MBA (Open University GB) and he is an EMScom6 alumnus.
