The next Jour Fixe will be dedicated to the presentation of the EMScom consulting project winner of the Burson-Marsteller Award for Academic Excellence 2015. The project "Enabling sustainable growth: By turning employees into ambassadors and key opinion formers into advocates of the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan", aimed to further improve the perception and engagement levels towards the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, the company's blueprint for sustainable growth (USLP) among employees and key opinion formers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Carolin Hoyer, EMScom16 alumna and project team leader, will present the recommendations to Unilever on how to further improve the perception and engagement levels towards the company's sustainability strategy among employees and key opinion formers. Carolin will share exclusive insights on how the consulting group's recommendations were successfully implemented by Unilever and she will give an outlook on the company's journey ahead. Has the project enabled Unilever to grow the business sustainably by turning employees into ambassadors and key opinion formers into advocates of Unilever's Sustainable Living Plan?
